Hey guys!
Welcome to my fitness page! Being a fantasy romance author isn’t my only passion in life 🙂 The purpose of THIS page is to share my love of health and fitness with all of you!

The first step in this journey (or at least, on this blog) is A Little Obsessed by Beachbody’s Autumn Calabrese!

I’ve been doing the program for 2 weeks now, and I love it! I love the reps with the weights, I love the resistance loops, I love the sliders, etc. etc. etc.!

I would like to take this time to INVITE you to JOIN me!

I know many of you are geared-up with a solid 2018 New Year’s Resolution to lose some weight and get healthier lol (I am too!) and there’s no better way to accomplish those goals than with a coach behind & beside you on your journey! I want to be there for you and help keep you moving in the right direction!
