This past Friday, I finished my 3rd round of A Little Obsessed! (Ps. I lost 6 lbs!)
If you haven’t tried it yet, I totally recommend it! It’s a great workout that you can physically FEEL, but at the same time, it’s not non-stop cardio that makes you feel like you’re gonna suffocate and die lol (it uses weights, resistance loops, sliders, and an optional mat). It also comes with a meal plan, so all your bases are covered!
