Whew! Officially 21 days into 80 Day Obsession!
I feel really good about all this, you guys.
The meal plan is tough at first, but pretty easy to get into a routine with. The Green+Red+Yellow+tsp is the easiest meal for me (since I’m in Plan B and most of my meals consist of this combo). I actually love eating chili for this meal! Green+Blue+Purple is admittedly the hardest one for me, but thankfully my sister suggested cheesy green beans (lol) so now I might be good!
As far as the workouts go, they’re awesome! I LOVE how I feel when I’m lifting those weights (surprisingly), and doubling up on those bands, and literally feeling myself getting stronger each day/week! Not gonna lie, I despise cardio lol so Core Cardio and Cardio Flow are my biggest enemies. But I’ve still been pushing through them, and I think that’s the most important part 🙂
